hi, i'm anyun chatterjee (pronounced "ah-noon"). i'm a phd student and researcher trying to understand and improve how health communications and health services are delivered.
i study how people navigate health information and how public health institutions can be influential on the behaviors of the groups they serve.
i work at
temple university
and
children’s hospital of philadelphia,
using mixed methods to study rhetoric, information processing, and public health program implementation.
right now, i'm preparing to defend a dissertation proposal on the evaluations individuals make of institutional messengers in a health communication context. additionally, i am wrapping up a rhetoric analysis of the psa archive i built over summer 2025.
i'm also a passionate educator, with a student-centered philosophy which i expand upon in my blog and teaching page.
